All sessions are one on one, provided by a licensed therapist

Therapists will utilize different techniques to ensure you get the most benefit out of your visit:

  • Therapist-led passive stretching

  • Active stretching with motion

  • Dynamic stretching with activity

  • Neuromuscular stretching techniques utilizing your body’s built-in reflexes and mechanisms to reduce muscle tension

Stretching is targeted to your most painful or bothersome areas.

Pricing

Treatments vary from 20 to 30 minutes

$60 – First visit including short assessment/screening and stretching session (30 min)

$40 – Subsequent sessions (20-25 min)

Currently, this is a self-pay service. We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier to determine if you are eligible for reimbursement.

Q: Do I have to be a therapy patient?

A: No! Our stretching program is open to anyone who believes they would benefit from a stretching session.


Q: Will it hurt?

A: Our goal is to give you some relief and improve your quality of life. Some muscle soreness is expected, but large amounts pain is not!


Q: How do I know if I would be a good fit for this program?

A: Most people can benefit from some sort of stretching. However, at your initial visit, your therapist will perform a short screening to make sure it will be beneficial to you.


Q: What if my problem gets worse or doesn’t go away?

A: If we feel that you require further interventions to help you reach your goals, we will recommend you visit with your healthcare provider to discuss other possibilities.
